Short Biography of Mahadaji Shinde

 Mahadaji Shinde (also known as Mahadji Scindia) was a Maratha nobleman and military leader in 18th-century India. He served as the commander-in-chief of the Maratha army under the Peshwa, the leader of the Maratha Empire. He is considered one of the most important Maratha leaders of the time, and played a key role in the expansion and consolidation of the Maratha Empire in North India. He was known for his military tactics and strategic planning, and was credited with several key victories against the Mughal Empire, the British East India Company, and other rival kingdoms. He died in 1794.
